Shtigen Group believes that education is the foundation of all success, so it develops and implements educational initiatives to raise awareness of cutting-edge energy technology and train specialist professionals.

Striving above all to utilize knowledge for the benefit of the homeland and driven by success, the company established the Shtigen Academy in 2018 to pursue educational programs. The purpose is to provide accurate understanding of the most recent energy and energy efficiency solutions in schools, universities, and other educational institutions.

Many educational institutions in Armenia and Artsakh have participated in Shtigen’s educational activities throughout the years, introducing scores of children, students, and individuals to renewable energy and green technologies.

Shtigen Academy has expanded its scope of activity by organizing several online lessons and webinars.
For example, in a partnership with the Agrarian University, approximately 30 students received both theoretical and practical solar energy education.

According to a recent memorandum signed with Vanadzor Polytechnic College, the Shtigen Corporate Academy will provide the educational institution with essential training materials, as well as practical training, and the best graduates will be hired by the company.

Shtigen also offers ongoing educational and training opportunities to its personnel.
