August 23, 2022
Just one month after signing the memorandum between Shtigen Group and the National Agrarian University of Armenia, the parties already have the first result of the cooperation. Shtigen Academy educational project, launched back in 2018, will also operate for students and graduates of the Agrarian University.
At this stage of the project, within the Shtigen Master Plus program, around 30 students will receive both theoretical and applied knowledge and skills. In addition to classroom lessons, there will also be visits to solar stations and practical lessons. Students will be given the opportunity to specialize in several areas: consulting and sales of solar devices, installation and maintenance of solar systems. The participants with the best results will receive an internship and then a job offer from Shtigen Group and start their career at one of the leading companies in the field.
The courses will be conducted by the leading specialists of Shtigen Group, who have been actively engaged in the field of solar energy for at least 5 years, becoming a direct participant in the establishment of the solar sector of the country. “When we entered the market, unfortunately, there were no well-organized educational materials. Over the years, we have managed to accumulate relevant knowledge and experience and develop in-depth educational materials related to solar energy. It can be stated that they provide the content equal to that of full academic courses. Shtigen Group willingly βtransfersβ its knowledge to young people, trying to ensure a smoother entry into the field for them,” says Ani Aghajanyan, head of educational programs at Shtigen Group, founder of the Shtigen Academy project, emphasizing that only those sectors of the economy, where there is an uninterrupted flow of knowledge between generations, are stable and developing.
The project will be continuous and will include other areas of Shtigen Group’s activity, including electric cars.
